RETURNS POLICY

If a return is required, please email us at, gsthelabel.business@gmail.com , informing us of your reason for a return, and we will then if valid, email you a returns form. 

  • Returned items can be exchanged for a credit note.
  • No refunds are offered 
  • Item must be received in the mail within 14 days of purchase. Any items received after this time frame may be denied.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition, including all tags.
  • Once GStheLabel has received your returned package, all items will be thoroughly inspected before a store credit is issued.

GStheLabel has the right to deny items is returned worn, used, damaged, or soiled in any way or have any form of perfumes or scents, or excessive hair on the fabric. These damaged, used or soiled items will be returned to sender. You will be emailed if your returned item is not suitable for a credit note or refund.

  • Please allow for 5 business days for a credit note to be processed after the package is received by GStheLabel. You will be notified once the transaction is processed and will be sent the the email the order was placed with.
  • Returns shipping is at the cost of the customer and is non-refundable. 

*We recommend returning items through a traceable mail, as GSthelabel is not responsible for unrecieved packages.

EXCHANGES

Unfortunately an exchange can not be offered. You are required to return the items, and place a new order.

 

EXTRA INFORMATION

Please note that the garments are your responsibility, until returned to GStheLabel. GStheLabel will not issue credit notes on items that are not received, or lost in transit.

Shipping is non-refundable.
